2. What data we receive
Only the data you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, email (optional), project type and your message. We do not collect any data automatically or covertly.
3. How your data is sent
This site has no backend or database. Submitting the form opens WhatsApp with your message pre-written; your data travels through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) when you press send, subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. You can also reach us by email.
4. What we use it for
Only to answer your enquiry and, if we move forward, to coordinate the work. We never sell, rent or share it with third parties for advertising.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain (not Google Fonts). If we add analytics in the future, it will be a cookieless, no-personal-data solution, and we will reflect it here.
6. Retention
We keep conversations for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update or request deletion of your data by writing to hola@auratech.ar. In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) enforces Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version will always be published on this page with its date.
